Whether you are interested in landscape maintenance or landscape design and installation, you will have the opportunity to speak with one of our landscape professionals to discuss your project and make sure we are the right choice for you.

These meetings generally take 30 minutes for maintenance projects or up to 1 hour with a design expert, and we ask that all decision-makers are present. Our goal is to capture more details about your dream space, including how you intend to use it, your style preferences, challenging areas, material options, site measurements, and more. Prior to this consultation, we ask you to prepare by completing our design questionnaire and providing photos and images that inspire you.

If your project requires a design, we will accept the $200 deposit to put you on the calendar, and you will receive a proposal for your approval. Half of the design cost will be paid prior to the Design Plan Meeting. 

Your full design investment is generally $700-1500 with 2D or 3D renderings. This takes place about two weeks after you have signed the proposal. We will review the plan together so you can understand how your finished project will look. One revision is included. 

After you approve the design, we will send you the construction agreement and collect your deposit. We will also provide a timeline for the project, the details of which will depend upon the time of year as well as the scope of the work and materials required.

Meet with your project manager, designer, and foreman to review the project and what you can expect. We will discuss the required access to your property, when we plan to be onsite, and the expected completion date. You will have a dedicated point of contact throughout the project, so you always know where to go with your questions or concerns.

You can review our work, and we will collect the final payment. We will also discuss your warranties, including five years on hardscaping and up to two years on plants with professional care, and options for landscape maintenance. Clients that are on an annual service contract with us receive a limited lifetime warranty for plants that are installed by Garrett Churchill.
