We schedule our work for a 4 day week giving our team many 3 day weekends and limited Saturday work. - Landscape Project Foreperson
The landscape project foreperson has a working knowledge and experience in all landscape projects: knowledge of plant material, plant installation skills, lighting, drainage and some hardscape skills. Must be able to execute these tasks with minimal supervision. - Landscape Maintenance Foreperson

Meet Our Owner
Andy Sykes founded Garrett Churchill, Inc. in 1999 with a single truck and two part-time employees. What started as a spring cleanup, design, and planting service grew into a full-service team of landscape contractors offering outdoor living design and installation, horticulture expertise, landscape maintenance, drainage solutions, landscape lighting, ponds and other water features, and more.
Andy graduated from Temple University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 with a Masters in Landscape Architecture. He went on to work with The Brickman Group Ltd., Seasons Hearth and Patio, and Jerry Fritz Garden Design to gain experience as he developed his skills. He is a PCH (Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturist) and a CLP (Certified Landscape Professional) and has served as chairman of the education committee on the Board of Directors of the PLNA and was the installation module chairman for the CLT (Certified Landscape Technician) exam.
