Landscape Maintenance
Garrett Churchill offers full-service maintenance programs (we do not do mowing only). Prices for these contracts are based on the size and makeup of the property.
Spring Cleanup: $1,200-12,000+
A landscape spring cleanup is a crucial task to rejuvenate and prepare your outdoor space for the growing season. This process typically involves removing debris, pruning, edging, weeding, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic and health of your garden and yard.
Bed Care and Cleanup: $250-800+ per visit
Bed care services typically include at least eight visits per season. We include weeding, pruning, deadheading, and cleaning up of debris.
Full Service Plan: $500-3,500+ monthly
Your customized proposal will include landscape pricing based on your unique property needs and how many visits are required. These comprehensive programs take you through the changing seasons and include:
- Spring cleanup: Debris removal, pruning, trimming, mulch installation, and more
- Mowing and edging: We typically do 28 mowing visits in a season to optimize the overall health of your lawn. For the best results, no more than 1/3 one-third of the leaf blade should be removed at a time. During times of heat and drought stress, lawns should not be cut at less than 3½".
- Bed care: Landscape bed care is essential for maintaining the health, appearance, and functionality of the planted areas around your property. Landscape beds include flower beds, shrub borders, and other planted areas, and service typically includes eight to 16 visits per season.
- Fall leaf cleanup: With two visits, we prepare your yard for the winter months. Leaving leaves on the lawn for too long will reduce the amount of light that reaches the turf and can hinder root growth, affecting the health of the turf and its ability to withstand drought and heat stress the following season.
- Seasonal color (optional): Add color to your property with annual plantings throughout the growing season.
Drainage and Grading: $1,500-15,000+
Drainage solutions protect your home's foundation and landscaping, reduce soil erosion, and prevent pooling water. They should be a part of any landscape design and installation, though you can also add them to your existing landscape.
Curb Appeal: $2,500-35,000+
